The contract for anything you order here is between you and us: Balkan Donner. Online payments are taken by Stripe into our own account; the technology behind the site is supplied to us by a provider who is not a party to your order and is not the seller.

Food safety in Belgium is supervised by the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain (FASFC / AFSCA / FAVV).

For anything about an order that is already running (a late delivery, a wrong item, a cancellation), the telephone is the fastest route and the only one that reaches the kitchen while your food is being made. Call 0470531345 during opening hours.

For everything else, write to info@balkandonner.be. We aim to answer within two working days.

Please contact us first. Most things are resolved in one phone call, and we would rather fix it than have you take it further.

If we cannot resolve it together, you may bring the matter to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (a free, out-of-court service for disputes with businesses established in Belgium). We take care that the menu, prices, ingredients, allergen information and opening hours shown here are accurate. Menus, prices and availability can change during service. The prices that bind us are the ones shown at checkout at the moment you place your order, and they are shown to you again before you pay.
